Locked out of the house yesterday afternoon. This was my second call after another company tried to screw me over, but will always be my first call from now on. Arrived when he said he would, got the door open after struggling a bit with the lock (made me feel better about the lock, actually). It was obvious that he had been working all day and had got caught in the rain at least once, and my lock was frustrating, but he handled it all with humor and grace. Charge for service was $85—about half of what the first guy quoted me. Very happy. Highly recommended. Make this your first and only call.

He went out of his way to help. While he didn’t have the fob in stock, he got it shipped in, cut the key, and programmed the fob. Works great. Would have been over $400 at dealer. He was less than half that. Highly recommend.
